Ready to Fight
I’m Candice Bennett, and I’m running for Congress to fight for the freedoms and future of Virginia’s 11th District. As a Fairfax County Planning Commissioner, affordable housing leader, small business owner, and longtime resident, I’ve spent over 20 years working to strengthen our community—creating opportunities, expanding affordable housing, and standing up for working families. Now, with our democracy, rights, and economic security under attack, I’m stepping up to deliver bold, principled leadership in Washington.
My vision is grounded in defending what matters most: the freedom to live with dignity and security—protecting Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid; the freedom to make personal healthcare decisions without government interference; and the freedom to build a secure future—championing affordable housing, good-paying jobs, and support for federal employees and veterans. I’m ready to fight for clean air and water, safety in our schools and neighborhoods, and a government that works for all of us.
